Welcome to Zephyr Estimating LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By approving a quote or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms
1. Services Agreement
Zephyr Estimating LLC provides professional construction estimating, material takeoffs, and cost consulting services for clients in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Our estimates are intended as professional guidelines for budgeting and bidding purposes.
2. Delivery Timeline
✔ Standard Turnaround: Our standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (2 business days) after quote approval and initial payment.
✔ Complexity: For large-scale or highly complex projects, the timeline may vary. Any such changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
✔ Bid Deadlines: While we strive for speed, Zephyr Estimating LLC is not liable if a contractor misses a bid deadline for any reason.
3. Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth workflow, we follow a split payment model:
✔ Upfront Payment: 50% of the quoted amount is required to start the project.
✔ Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to the final delivery of the files.
✔ Secure Methods: We use secure platforms (QuickBooks, PayPal, Payoneer) to protect your financial data.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
✔ Early Cancellation: A full refund is only applicable if the project is canceled within 2 hours of payment.
✔ In-Progress: Once our team starts working on the takeoff, no refunds will be issued.
✔ Post-Delivery: No refunds are provided after the final estimate has been delivered. However, we offer free revisions to ensure satisfaction.
5. Revisions & Accuracy
✔ Free Revisions: We provide free revisions within the original scope of work to clarify any quantities or adjustments.
✔ Data Sources: We utilize updated market surveys and industry-standard tools (like RSMeans) for zip-code-based pricing.
✔ Fluctuations: Since labor and material costs fluctuate based on region and vendor, our reports are guidelines and not a guarantee of final market pricing.
6. Confidentiality & NDA
✔ We respect your privacy. If requested, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your project drawings and data.
✔ Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zephyr Estimating LLC reserves the right to use company logos or project names for marketing purposes (testimonials/portfolio).
7. Liability Disclaimer
Zephyr Estimating LLC provides consulting services only. We do not offer insurance, financial guarantees, or warranties. We are not responsible for any on-site errors, changes in architectural drawings, or local market price spikes that may occur after the delivery of our report.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by international business laws and the jurisdiction in which Zephyr Estimating LLC is registered.
